University of Cambridge provides a 3-4 years BA/CS computer science course. The course outline is as following:

First year:

One have to take a total of four courses in which two from computer science and one mathematical course. Natural science and Behavioural papers available to opt are,

  6. Evolution and Behaviour
  7. physiology of organisms

Second year:

  1. Theory(Logic and Proof, Computation theory)
  2. Systems(Computer design, networking)
  3. Programming(Compiler construction, Advance algorithms)
  4. Application and Professionalism(Artificial intelligence, Graphics, Security)

Third year:

One is free to select three papers from around twenty specialist courses.

  3. Specification and verification of hardware and software
  4. Semantics
  5. Quantum computing
  6. Bioinformatics
  7. Digital signal processing
  8. Human-computer interaction

One also have to write a 12000 words paper to demonstrate computer science skills.

Fourth year {Optional integrated Masters)

One have to complete a research project in this year.

Entry Requirements

A Level: A*AA.
IB: 40-41 points, with 776 at Higher Level.
There is an admission test which should be passed.
